Alfred B. Jeffrey IV was awarded this prestigious honor in recognition of the many honorable things he has done over the years for the Emerald Society, Local 36 & HEROES Inc. among others. He was supposed to receive his plaque at the Fishing Tournament, but the tide was out that day so it was presented at the Southern Maryland Reunion. Better late than never we always say!
